Hello Everyone,,

It's been a long time since I had the chance to sit down and send you all a note. We have been so busy the past 4 weeks that sometimes I don't know if I am coming or going. Gabe and I are apart for the first time since we left Texas. I am really missing him, but I could not bring him on the 30 min helicopter ride to where I am at now. I will see him late tomorrow night hopefully when I return. !

The weather here is ranging from 102 to 108 right now and we are not enjoying the heat, but thats Iraq for you. Gabe and I have less than 100 days left in Iraq, but we just volunteered to stay an extra 90 days if they need us so we are just awaiting word back from our bosses. I hope they say yes because we have a mission here that needs our help. Other than that, we are great, focused on the mission and still in high spirits.

I do ask you say many prayers for my old platoon 1st platoon with the 410th MP CO thats in Baghdad, they lost their 3rd soldier this month and even though most of us are not in that platoon anymore, it's still tough because some of our friends still are..

Gabe ready to work

Have a great Memorial Day weekend and remember to wave those American Flags proudly because we are very proud to be doing what we do this weekend and always. May God bless you all and your families and may God continue to bless us, HIS AMERICAN TROOPS AND K9'S.
